Powder River Construction and Powder River Log Cabins is owned and operated by Todd Gourley of Breckenridge, CO in Summit County. Todd has been building homes and home additions since 1996. He specializes in additions and remodels. Todd is a highly skilled builder of traditionally framed home construction, and also produces unique, handcrafted log cabins.
Todd is managed by his wife Sherilyn 
, and directed by his two Australian Shepherds, “Flurry” and “Hobbes”. When Todd is not building or playing Frisbee, he enjoys skiing, biking, and hiking in the hills of Summit County.
The mission of the company is to provide construction services that focus on personal connections with our customers. Efficiency, quality craftsmanship and fair pricing remain key objectives of our business.
Todd arrived in Summit County, Colorado in 1989 and within a few years wanted to learn the art of authentic log cabin construction. He is a log craftsman by heart and a residential builder by trade. Todd personally oversees each home addition, construction project, or the production of log cabins.
