Josh Kramp

Director of Grain Systems Sales

Josh Kramp grew up in Brentford, South Dakota, a town with fewer than 100 people. Life in a small community taught him resilience and a do-it-yourself mindset that still drives him today. After earning a degree in Welding Technology from Western Dakota Technical Institute, Josh dove into the grain systems industry through his family’s business.

He joined Summit Contracting in 2017 to lead a new millwright crew and later moved into a superintendent role. In 2021, Josh transitioned into sales and now serves as the Director of Grain Systems Sales. In this role, he oversees and mentors the sales team, helping them provide customers with tailored solutions in grain material handling, storage, and conditioning.

Josh enjoys working closely with both his team and customers to find smart, practical solutions that help operations run more efficiently. For him, success means helping customers grow their operations and co-workers build careers.

At home, Josh is a hands-on dad who enjoys home improvement projects and supporting his kids at their events. He and his wife Christina live in Platte, S.D. and are proud parents of four daughters, have one son-in-law, and a few grandchildren. Life at the Kramp household is lively, rewarding, and always centered on family.
